How to Create a Photo Calendars using BAP !t (Quick Start Guide)

1. Double-click the BAP !t My Photo Calendars & Cards desktop shortcut icon.

2. Click New Calendar ...
3. Now, choose a size and template for your Photo Calendar by clicking the desired size tab.

Options include 11x17 center fold, 8.5x11 top bound, and 11x17 top bound.

Finally select a template from the choices for that size. There are several templates available for each size.

NOTE: After selecting a template, nearly every visual aspect of the calendar may be customized. We highly recommend that you select something close to what you want and use the software to do the rest.
 
4. You should now see the Photo Calendars customization page. Select the beginning month and year for your 12-month calendar. Default holidays are set for Saturday and Sunday (change them if you want to). If you want any national holidays from other countries on your calendar, select them here (USA holidays are the default).
 
5. You should now see the Photo Calendars workspace. Use the Image Browser to the left of the workspace to load photos to use for your Photo Book. To do so, click the Add Image or Add Folder with Images icon at the left of the Image Browser. You can then drag & drop photos directly from the Image Browser and onto your Calendar pages.
 
 
NOTE: The Image Browser provides the ability to add Pictures, Layouts, and Clip Art.
All of these items may be “dragged and dropped” onto the page.
 
6. To navigate to the desired month of your Photo Calendar, click the desired page thumbnail view in the Pages Browser. You can also navigate using the navigation arrows located in the management control center or click on the drop down arrow to display a list of calendar pages from which to choose as shown in the adjoining figure.
 
7. When you’re done designing your Photo Book, click the Send To BAP !t button to upload your project to our production facilities.
 
 
 
How to Create Greeting Cards using BAP !t (Quick Start Guide)
 
1. Double-click the BAP !t My Photo Calendars & Cards
 
2. Click New Card ...
 
3. Now, choose the card type and size for your Photo Card by clicking the desired button.
 
Both Greeting Cards and Postcards are available in 5 in. x 7 in. and 4 in. x 5.5 in., as well as a 2 in. x 7 in. bookmark.
 
Click the Continue button after making your selection.
 
4. You should now see the Photo Cards workspace. Use the Image Browser to the left of the workspace to load photos to place on your Card. To do so, click the Add Image or Add Folder with Images icon at the left of the Image Browser. You can then drag & drop photos directly from the Image Browser and onto your Card pages.
 
 
NOTE: Postcards and bookmarks have only two sides (Front and Back).
Greeting cards have Front, Back and Card Inside.
All cards can be easily rotated to change the orientation by clicking the “Rotate Card” button located above
the workspace.

 
5. Cards can be customized by selecting a frame for the Front, adding images, adding Clip Art, or adding text. You can also add a graphic image.
 
6. When you’re done designing your Card, click the Send To BAP !t button to upload your project to our production facilities.
