You can expect to receive a response in less than 24 hours. In some cases, Customer Care may be unable to handle your issue and it will be forwarded to the person best able to provide you with an answer. Longer responses may occur during the weekend due to limited staffing – we apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause you.

  • Online Ordering and Billing
    • Is BAPit.com a U.S. Website?
      • Yes. While we invite visitors from all over the world to enjoy the content and features at BAPit.com, the site is intended for U.S. audiences and consumers residing in the United States. For more information, please see Legal Notices.
    • How do I place an order?
      • If you are ordering a custom product, our Software has a “Send to BAPit” button that will start the process when you have a completed project that is ready to be printed. If you would like to order a retail product, simply visit our Store and select any items that you would like to purchase and add them to your shopping cart
    • May I place an order with a BAPit.com Customer Care Representative?
      • You must shop online. In the future, we may add the ability to place orders over the telephone but that service is not available today.
    • I have a question about my order. Who do I contact?
      • Please email BAPit.com Customer Care and provide us with your name and order number. E-mail us at support@BAPit.com.
    • I’m afraid to use my credit card for online shopping. Is BAPit.com a secure website?
      • BAPit.com uses a secure server during most of the process of online checkout and specifically when collecting credit card data. We have a valid Quick SSL installed ensuring that all information sent to BAPit.com during an SSL session is encrypted, protecting against disclosure to third parties
    • How do I know if my online order was accepted?
      • First, a printer-friendly Purchase Receipt was displayed in your Web browser at the conclusion of the online ordering process. Next, an email confirmation was sent to the email address you provided during the ordering process or when you created your member profile. Please be sure your e-mail address was entered correctly.
    • I cannot add to shopping cart. What should I do?
      • To enhance your shopping experience, BAPit.com uses "cookies". Cookies are small text files we place on your computer that are completely secure and can be read by only BAPit.com website. Please verify if your browser accepts cookies. If the problem persists, please clear your cookies, and continue shopping.
    • I need to change or cancel my order. What should I do?
      • Please e-mail BAPit.com Customer Care and provide us with your name and order number immediately. If we have already completed the order then we cannot cancel the order. E-mail us at support@BAPit.com.
    • The shopping cart says that I was sent a confirmation e-mail but I haven’t received one?
      • Normally the e-mail has been sent, but it may have been caught by a spam filter or some other e-mail security. To confirm your order please contact us by sending an e-mail to support@BAPit.com with your name, Order ID, an a way to identify your project (e.g. a description of the cover page) and we will confirm that we have received your order.
    • Will I get a confirmation once my order has been shipped?
      • BAPit.com will send a confirmation with your tracking number the day that we ship the product(s). The tracking number will provide tracking information while your products are in route to you.
    • How do I use a coupon?
      • When you are purchasing a product on BAPit.com, you will be utilizing our shopping cart software. While in the shopping cart software and after you click on Proceed to Checkout, there is location for you to enter your coupon code. The price will be automatically adjusted if you have a valid coupon code.
    • I only received part of my online order. What is BAPit.com's backorder procedure?
      • The portion of the order that was available was shipped within 2-3 business days and the backordered items will be shipped as soon as they are available. BAPit.com cannot guarantee when backordered items will become available but we do our best to provide updated information on our website. Your credit card is only charged for items that are shipped plus shipping and handling for the entire order. All backordered items are shipped with no additional shipping and handling charges. We will do our best to ship your custom order along with any retail product in the same shipment if they were ordered together.
    • The email confirmation of my order looks like gobbledygook!
      • To comply with rapidly-evolving email standards, BAPit.com sends order confirmations in efficient HTML formatted email enabling the items purchased to be viewed in columns with the quantities and costs aligned. Modern email clients can accept and display HTML formatted email providing the user has not disabled the function. Please set your email client to accept email in HTML format.
    • Is there a warranty for BAPit’s products?
      • Custom Products have a 30-day workmanship warranty that covers you if you did not get what you ordered – wrong cover, pages or images that were not submitted by you. Remember it is absolutely critical that you review your custom products and check the approval box before sending your projects to BAPit.com. BAPit does not check your photo book captions for grammar or spelling. BAPit does not inspect your photo book pictures to ensure that they all look good. We also cannot be responsible if you order the wrong cover, the wrong quantity, or other such things that we have no control.

        Retail products have a 15-day warranty but must be returned unopened and in condition to be sold as new in order for you to receive a refund. BAPit charges a 10% restocking fee on returned retail product.

    • Can BAPit.com ship to a P.O. Box?
      • Yes, but only if you ship using one of the US Postal Service options. When shipping via United Parcel Service, UPS cannot deliver to a post office box; a physical address must be provided during online checkout.
    • Can BAPit.com ship to an APO/FPO address?
      • Yes, but only if you ship using one of the US Postal Service options. For addressing tips to APO/FPO addresses, vist the following US Postal Service website link: USPS APO/FPO Addressing.
    • Can I place a wholesale order online at BAPit.com?
      • No, we are sorry about that. For information, to set up a wholesale account or to place a wholesale order, please contact BAPit.com via e-mail at products@BAPit.com.
    • I'd like to place an order for BAPit.com products, but I need it shipped outside of the United States. Can you help me?
      • For orders that need to be shipped outside of the United States and Canada, please contact Consumer Support. We currently do not provide international shipping service as a standard service. We are planning to add other locations based on interest in our products – please send an e-mail to support@BAPit.com if you are interested in having BAPit extend its service area to include your location.
    • International Orders
      • BAPit.com does not accept international forms of payment. We only ship orders to the 50 United States and Puerto Rico with a U.S. form of payment. We recently added Canada shipping options for customers in Canda.  Shipping outside the United States can be very expensive.  We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and look forward to serving all your future ordering needs.
    • How can I find out if and when my order shipped?
      • Please e-mail BAPit.com Customer Care and provide us with your Order Number and name. E-mail us at support@BAPit.com.
    • How long will it take to receive my order?
      • If you select the “UPS Ground” shipping option, your order will ship within 4-5 business days and will arrive within 7-10 business days from the date your order was placed. All shipping time estimates are included in the tables below for each method of shipment.

    • Tracking Your Shipment
      • If you entered your e-mail address during the checkout process, you will be sent an e-mail confirmation automatically on the day your order is shipped when shipping via UPS. If you do not receive a UPS tracking number for your shipment, please e-mail BAPit.com Customer Care and provide us with your name and BAPit.com Order Number to get a tracking number. If you have selected a US Postal Service shipping option and have not received an email with tracking information please ontact Customer Care. E-mail us at support@BAPit.com.

      • Almost any Web browser will allow you to browse the BAPit.com website. However, in order to shop online and checkout successfully at BAPit.com you must be using an up-to-date Web browser that supports JavaScript.

    • Does BAPit.com use cookies?
      • Yes. Our online ordering process needs to use cookies to remember the merchandise you have in your shopping basket. We also track the link that you followed to our site, typically from a search engine or an affiliate. This allows us to better determine the effectiveness of our search engine listings and promotions.

        We are not looking for where YOU as a customer came from, but are looking for trends for how people locate our site. This allows us to better direct our marketing efforts. This information is not released to any outside agencies.

      • Prices at BAPit.com are “retail.” Prices are subject to change without notice.
    • Is there a Minimum Order?
      • BAPit.com has no minimum order limit.
    • Payment Methods
      • BAPit.com accepts MasterCard, Visa and Discover Network. Your credit card statement will reflect a charge from Bark Avenue Press. Bark Avenue Press is the owner and operator of the BAPit.com website.
    • Sales Tax
      • For your convenience and planning purposes, the BAPit.com website calculates an estimated sales tax amount when orders are placed. (BAPit.com charges sales tax for shipments to Arizona customers only.) Exact sales tax for your ship-to location will be listed on your invoice and charged to your credit card. Please note that shipping and handling charges may be taxable, depending on your state.
  • Membership Benefits
    • Why should I become a member of BAPit.com?
      • As a member, you will have access to additional resources for creating your custom products when they become available. You will receive information about software updates and new products via email or newsletter. Members are not required to re-enter their personal data during checkout as most fields are automatically filled in upon log in. Additional Member programs will be added in the future.
    • How do I change my contact and other information in my BAPit.com member profile?
      • You may modify your profile any time at BAPit.com. Log in using the e-mail address you registered with and edit your profile in the My Accounts section. Then, you may change any of the information on the form presented, including your e-mail address and password.
    • I forgot my password. I need help!!
      • BAPit.com can e-mail your password to you. Click Log In and select “I forgot my password”.

      Factory pickup from our Phoenix, Arizona location is also available at No Charge. Select shipping option "Factory Pickup (Will Call - Phoenix, AZ)". You will receive an email when your product is ready to pickup. You must pick up the product within 15 days after receiving notice, otherwise contact Customer Care to make other arrangements.

  • Returns and Exchanges
    • BAPit.com does not accept returns or exchanges unless the products were ordered through BAPit.com. Custom Product may not be returned unless damaged in shipment or if the product you receive from BAP !t does not match the PDF file that you sent to us to be printed. Mistakes can happen and we will make it right if we made a mistake in the production of your project.

      Returns or exchanges must be initiated within 15 days of receipt of merchandise. Please contact BAPit.com Customer Care for return authorization.BAPit.com Customer Care can be reached via e-mail for return authorization and instructions at returns@BAPit.com . Include your name, invoice number and reason for the return or exchange.

      All returned merchandise must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice or packing slip. Products must be in new, unused, resalable condition with original packaging.
